Any complaints related to the product or the execution of the sales agreement can be submitted by the customer

In case of any doubts, the customer may contact us by phone at: +48 34 387 99 92. To ensure efficient processing of the complaint, we recommend including the following information: full name, address, email address, phone number, subject of the complaint, and order number (if available), along with the customer’s request, a description of the defect, the date the defect was noticed, and, if possible, photos of the defect (when submitting the complaint by email).

We will respond to the complaint within 14 days from the date of its submission.

If the product is defective, the customer may:

submit a statement requesting a price reduction or withdrawal from the sales agreement, unless we can immediately and without excessive inconvenience to the customer replace the defective product with a non-defective one or repair the defect.

This limitation does not apply if the product has already been replaced or repaired by us, or if we have failed to fulfill our obligation to replace the product with a non-defective one or remove the defect. Instead of the remedy we propose, the customer may request a replacement of the product with a non-defective one or, instead of a replacement, request the defect to be repaired, unless bringing the item into conformity with the contract in the way chosen by the customer is impossible or would involve excessive costs compared to the method we propose.

The customer may request the replacement of the defective product with a non-defective one or the repair of the defect. We are obliged to replace the defective product with a non-defective one or repair the defect within a reasonable time without causing excessive inconvenience to the customer.

However, we may refuse to meet the customer’s request if bringing the defective product into conformity with the sales agreement in the way chosen by the customer is impossible, or if it would involve excessive costs compared to another possible method of bringing the product into conformity. The costs of repair or replacement are borne by us.

We are responsible under the warranty if a physical defect is identified within two years (for brand-new products) or one year (for used products) from the date the equipment was handed over to the customer. In the case of a consumer, the cost of delivery is covered by us.

A customer who is a consumer and has made a purchase in our online store may withdraw from the concluded sales agreement within 14 days from the date of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

The consumer may withdraw from the sales agreement by submitting a declaration of withdrawal to us.

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the declaration before the 14-day period expires.

The consumer is obliged to return the goods to us without undue delay, but no later than within 14 days from the day they withdrew from the sales agreement. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the goods to our address before the end of this period.

We are obliged to refund all payments made by the consumer, including the cost of delivering the goods to the consumer, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day of receiving the consumer's withdrawal statement. However, we may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back or the consumer provides proof of having sent the goods, whichever occurs first.

If the consumer exercising the right of withdrawal has chosen a method of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us, we are not obliged to reimburse the additional costs incurred by the consumer.

In the case of withdrawal, the consumer bears only the direct costs of returning the goods.

Products in categories such as:

• Desktop and Tower Computers,

• Printers,

• Monitors,

• Projectors

due to their nature, cannot be returned by regular mail, so the cost of return in the case of withdrawal may be higher than for a standard postal package.

The consumer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from using them in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Refunds are made using the same payment method that the consumer used, unless the consumer has expressly agreed to a different method of refund that does not incur any costs for them.

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the declaration before the period expires.
